Detailed rules of Facebook competitions on the IBSA Czech Republic Facebook page
The organizer of the competition is IBSA PHARMA s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
IBSA PHARMA s.r.o., Senovážné náměstí 1463/5 Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, ID No.: 63674297, VAT No.: CZ63674297. The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, under the registration number C 36851.
Prize. The prize does not contain any medicinal product in any form.
Participation in the competition.
Contest rules. Comments, likes and others made after the closing date cannot be taken into account. If one contestant participates in a given contest more than once (e.g. posts multiple contest comments), only the first one will be considered valid, the others will be disregarded. Each competition has its own rules specifying the necessary information regarding the implementation of the competition not specified in these general rules; unless otherwise stated in the specific rules, these general rules apply. The competition organiser is entitled to amend or modify the rules of the competition or suspend, withdraw or cancel the competition without compensation in justified cases. Entrants who violate or circumvent these rules may be disqualified from the competition at any time or may be denied the right to win or claim a prize.
Winner will be selected according to the specific rules of the particular contest. The winner must meet all of the terms and conditions of the specific contest in order to be selected. If a sufficient number of contest comments are not collected during the contest period, the contest may be extended or cancelled. ATTENTION! If the contest is about collecting likes, only likes of contestants residing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will be accepted in the contest to avoid violating the fairness principle of the contest. Only likes that are directly next to the designated contest entry will be counted. Likes that the contestant collects on another profile / on another entry will not be taken into account.
Winners will be contacted via private message on their Facebook profile. In addition, they will be tagged directly in the competition entry. The prize will be handed over in person or by post. Claims of prizes are excluded.

Personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Withdrawal of consent shall terminate the contestant's participation in the competition. The method of processing is electronic. The competitor acknowledges that he/she has the right to ask the organiser, as the controller of the personal data, for information about the purpose for which his/her personal data are processed, which personal data are processed, the nature of the processing and the recipients of the personal data. The competitor has the right to ask the controller to correct inaccurate or false personal data. The contestant further acknowledges that he/she also has the right to transparency of processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling, the right to be forgotten and the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. A contestant who becomes aware or believes that the controller is processing his or her personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the contestant's private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, may ask the controller for an explanation or request that the controller remedy the situation (in particular, this may involve blocking, rectifying, supplementing or destroying the personal data). Contestants may direct their requests to the above-mentioned address of the Organiser or by private message sent via Facebook Messenger.
If the controller does not comply with the contestant's request according to the previous sentence, the contestant has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority (the contestant also has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority directly with his/her complaint or complaint).
